An 8-channel right-angle adapter — the receive end of a Tetrapatch run.

The TRP8 breaks two AES-72 RJ-45 inputs out to eight channels of balanced (or unbalanced) 1/4" TRS, with the jacks mounted at right angles for clean installs in tight spaces. Pair with a TFP8 on the send side for a complete 8-channel snake replacement over standard Cat cable. Mountable to the HF100 and HF101.

Use it for

  • Replacing an 8-channel TRS snake between rack and desk, or rack and stage
  • Bringing eight balanced returns out of a rack at a right angle, without a permanent install
  • Connecting a keyboard rig or outboard chain back into the studio over Cat cable
